Q. What time are check-in and check-out?

Q. Can you store luggage before check-in or after check-out?
A. Yes, we offer complimentary luggage storage at the front desk. You may leave your bags before check-in or after check-out while you go sightseeing. Please let our staff know.
Q. Is it possible to extend the check-out time?
A. Depending on room availability, we can extend check-out for an additional fee, up to 2:00 PM. Please request this by the day before.
Q. Can I upgrade my room at check-in?
A. Yes, subject to availability. Upgrades to larger rooms or better views are available for an extra charge. Please ask our staff at check-in.
Q. Are there peak check-in hours?
A. Check-in tends to be busiest between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM. For a smoother process, we recommend arriving between 2:00 PM–3:00 PM or after 5:00 PM. We also offer an early check-in service.

Q. Is parking available? Are there charges?
A. Yes, we have on-site parking. It’s ¥500 per night per car for registered guests. Spaces are limited, so we recommend reserving in advance.
Q. What payment methods are accepted for accommodation charges?
A. We accept cash, credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, JCB, American Express, Diners Club), and electronic payments (IC transit cards, iD, QUICPay). Travel vouchers are also accepted.
Q. Is the minibar in the room chargeable?
A. Yes, minibar items are chargeable and will be settled at check-out. We provide two complimentary bottles of mineral water per room.
Q. Can I use the hot springs after check-out?
A. Yes, for an additional fee of ¥1,000 per person, you may use the hot springs until 3:00 PM. Towels and amenities are provided. Please request at check-out.

A. No, but trouser presses are available for loan at the front desk. Please request early as quantities are limited.

A. Yes, every room has a hair dryer. Should it malfunction, we will replace it immediately upon request.
Q. Can I use wired LAN as well as wireless?

Q. Apart from yukata, is there other loungewear?
A. Yes, a house jacket is also provided for use in the bathhouse or restaurant. Size exchanges are available at reception.

A. Yes, each room includes Japanese tea, sencha, coffee, and tea bags. Please ask the front desk if you need more supplies or hot water.
Q. Are in-room tea and coffee free of charge?
A. Yes, the tea, coffee, and tea bags in your room are complimentary. For additional beverages, please contact the front desk. A 24-hour drink corner is also available in the lobby.
Q. Can I iron clothes in my room?
A. For safety, irons are not permitted in guest rooms. We lend irons and ironing boards at the front desk, and laundry press services are available.
Q. Can I choose the mattress firmness?
A. Mattress firmness cannot be changed, but we provide extra futon pads or memory foam pillows upon request for a comfortable sleep.

A. Yes, a paid coin laundry is located on the second floor. Detergent is available from vending machines.

A. All guest rooms are non-smoking. A smoking room is available on the first floor.
