Personally, I have practiced tea ceremony for many years. The spirit of "Ichigo Ichie" (treasuring each encounter as a once-in-a-lifetime experience) in tea ceremony is reflected in the hospitality we provide at our inn. Cherishing each encounter with our guests and welcoming them with sincerity and care in every moment—this is our pride and mission.

Food is the very essence of the land. I place the utmost importance on carefully and respectfully weaving the seasonal ingredients of each season into our dishes. By engaging directly with local farmers and fishermen, I select the finest ingredients of the day.
The aroma of mountain vegetables in spring, the bounty of the sea in summer, the fragrance of matsutake mushrooms in autumn, and the flavors of the snowy land in winter. I aim to bring the breath of each season to your table.
However, our cuisine is never overly complex. We strive to create an atmosphere and dishes that you can enjoy in a relaxed and unpretentious way. The combination of refined techniques and a welcoming ambiance is the philosophy embedded in my cooking.
